Bridge MQTT API

The Bridge MQTT API is what a bridge node speaks to AWS IoT Core. A bridge is a node that fronts one or more non-IP child devices (Zigbee, Matter-bridge, etc.); each child is its own AWS IoT Thing, and the bridge publishes and subscribes on the children's behalf.
